A post a day....

Lately I've had alot on my mind - so much more than words can cover. Things like locating a decent yoga class, finding more hours in the day to spend with my kids, looking for vegetarian recipes that actually taste good, spending less hours "working" and so much more...

I talk to my friends (and even some of my not so friends) but I still feel like there is so much more to say, so starting Thursday I'll begin blogging one entry per day. Some posts may be exciting, and other may just be nonsense. There will be plenty of rants, and even a few raves.

My co-workers told me about a "Hot" Yoga class she went to. It's intense and good for relaxation and loosing weight. You darn near have to wear a bathing suit, not eat a few hours beforehand and drink LOTS of water before class. You're doing yoga in a room with temperature in the 90's. Interested? I could get you more info if you want.

Yes. Please provide me with the info. I found one in the NE for about $10 a session on sundays... I'm going to go and check it out this Sun. But I am really interested in the one youre talking about.. sounds fun
