Last Friday I decided to "Journal"; if you would, my weight loss progress. A few weeks back I took up Running, and Yoga, and even became a Vegetarian, in hopes to become slimmer, healthier and fitter.
This week I got really lazy. Other than walking Luna, I did absolutely no exercise whatsoever. No running, no yoga, not even any stretching... Nothing... I ate out almost every day(there's a really good Vegan place in Mt. Airy), slept in late and thanks to Trader Joe's I found some Soy Ice cream...
But some how some way I managed to still loose weight. One Whole Pound to be exact. Kyle says it has something to do with me speeding up my Metabolism or something, and is using this claim to get me to buy P90X...I DON'T THINK SO....
Anyways, here's my update for the Week - - - Weight loss to date 3.0lbs
Only 17 pounds to go....
