Oh, What a day!
It started out fantastic, Miles & I went to breakfast, and then to get a new tire for the car and then to home depot to get some hooks for the potholders...that's when it all went downhill. I got a call from my neighbor telling me that our dog just jumped out of the window!!!
This can't be right, this must be a mistake "My Dog?" I ask... "Yep. she's running down the street now." So now I'm rushing home fearing the worst and when I pull up in front of my house I see the dog tied up on the "no parking" sign out front my house... Oh Man was I embarrassed! Everybody and i mean e-v-e-r-y-b-o-d-y was out side looking at this howling dog make a fool out of herself. one of the guys down at the corner saw her, coaxed her into coming to him and tied her up for us. HELP ME JESUS!!!
My neighbors are like "how did she break out?", "did she break your window?", "does she have rabies?", Were you gone all day?", Maybe she was hungry, or sad, or missed you"... I just walked away, because the only thing i was thinking about was getting that dog in the house and choking her until her stinky little toung was hanging out the side of her mouth.... Just as I'm struggling to carry miles into the house (who has no shoes on) and wrangle with the dog Kyle calls wanting to know how we were... I almost cried.
THIS WAS ALL BEFORE 12:00 NOON!!!
